My family was moving from California to the Seattle area and we needed someone who was flexible and knowledgeable about the area to help us find a rental house while we were still down South. Clint is the bar by which I judge all real estate agents. And by those standards, most come up short. My wife and I bought a house in north Seattle last year with Clint as our agent and I could not be happier with our home. Clint is extremely plugged into the area's real estate market and it shows - whether it's neighborhoods, prices, good contractors, local restaurants, inspectors, plumbing, electrical, roofing or just about anything else, Clint has answers for your questions and the ability to put this wealth of experience to work for you. Clinton Fink went above and beyond in his efforts to sell my Bellevue condo but more importantly he delivered results. I really needed to sell this condo and spent the good part of the spring of 2009 upgrading and remodeling the property. After completion of the remodel I listed it for sale with another Realtor. I must have reduced the price three times during the 7 or 8 months that it was on the market. I did not receive one offer during this time. I assumed that this was due to the terrible condition of the real estate market at the time. I took the property off the market and contemplated renting it for a couple years until the market turned around. Clinton helped us with one of the more unusual real estate transactions you will find. He helped us buy a farm. He went out of his way to research esoteric details such as land use tax credits and made the whole transaction seem as easy as buying a single family home. Clint had multiple offers within weeks. This time I only used Clint so its not as easy to contrast his work with that of another agent. But I can say I watched my neighbour's sit on the market for nine months before it sold and mine only took three.
